Understanding and Solving complex business problems utilizing Data Science solutions in a rapidly changing environment, adapting new technologies and practices (machine learning / GenAI)
Leading data science solution development and deployment to deliver projects across functions
Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand data, IT, and business constraints for implementing and deploying scalable solutions
Promoting collaboration and knowledge exchange
Checking latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply cutting-edge techniques to improve model performance and scalability

Ihr Profil

Master´s degree oder PhD in Computer Science, Data Sience or a related field such as natural sciences
Relevant experience in data science, with expertise in GenAI, espacially LLM, and Agentic AI
Laboratory Notebook Informatics experience is beneficial
strong proficiency in programming languages for data science like Python, ML libraries / frameworks and GenAI technologies (e.g. LLMs, Vector Database, Document extraction, Agent Communication Protocols, GANs, VAEs, or Diffusion Models)
Analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with complex datasets
Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
